We purchased a tankless water heater from Eemax recently. It was also the first electric tankless tried in our all-electric condo universe located on a pier over the Hudson River here in Weehawken New Jersey. It made sense to us to have a tankless as regular tank water heaters give out in about 10 years and start to leak. In our cases, they leak into the apartments below. That creates a liability issue. Our unit had special needs in that we had a very large Jacuzzi, two sinks and a large volume shower all working from the same tankless unit. This created special problems which were resolved with great care and excellent brainpower by our contractor for plumbing and electric, Jerry Pignatelli from Generation III and your service department represented by Tracy Smith. It appears that he and Jerry have now solved the problem and we are delighted with our purchase. So delighted that we are recommending it to the over 200 other apartment owners here.
